Worked with Hunter for test driving a Santa Cruz all-wheel drive activity package mini truck. He was knowledgeable about vehicle features, package upgrades and warranty information. Our questions were answered thoroughly and any needs we had were met. His professional knowledge coupled with his friendly demeanor and professionalism as a salesperson made the process an overall smooth transaction. The Santa Cruz has the perks of utility and comfort and feel close enough to my previous luxury car. Betten did a great job of keeping me in the loop on my repair (part was backorder through GM no fault of the dealership), they got the truck in and repaired as soon as they possibly could, and made sure I had what I needed in the meantime.

I called Betten Muskegon same day for Service appointment. I came in for an Oil Change had a low tire pressure but didn’t mention it. Service Tech brought to my attention the issue was Tire Stem and repaired with a replacement kit. Great Customer Service by the young lady at the Desk! 🤩
Paid big money for a leaking water pump for coolant…next morning…low coolant light is on again and car is hot…but not as hot as I am after having paid $1700 for first pass.

I went in one day and waited about 20 minutes. They came back and told me they could not do my car that day because they did not have the part. I did not order the part. I did not know but they ordered it. It came in. they called me. I brought again 30 minutes later I was done.

My only complaint is the fact that the technician couldn’t see on his end that we were due 2 free oil changes. My husband didn’t know and didn’t mention it and we were charged.
Doug Woods is extremely rude and dishonest. I received VIP oil changes for the life of my vehicle with purchase. I was questioned by Doug Woods about my VIP status. He said I had been paying $60.00 for an oil change and I told him I was not. He then asked me if I had proof of how much I had paid. I live near Grand Rapids. Purchased a 2020 Hyundai Hybrid Limited in North Carolina at car Supercenter. Car was inspected and any maintenance done there. July 2025. I drove it back to Michigan.
I decided on Betten to have car doublechecked as there was a rear sensor issue. This was September 8th.
Betten maintenance fixed that, after much inspection, the sensor 😁 and found cabin filter needed replacing , also tires were not balanced correctly.
I am very happy with the service and leadership people. The Ioniq, with 71,000 miles is running great so far this month.

A very wonderful experience purchasing our new Hyundai Palisade. We were very apprehensive after our car- buying experience in Henderson, NV. The salesman took our keys & it was a five hour ordeal to purchase the car. Bettens were fantastic!

The service department rocks! I was 600 miles from home when I blew my transmission and after I had my car towed to them they started on it the next morning! It was a long process to replace the transmission and it fell on a holiday weekend so I'm sure that delayed their parts order a bit, but they made me feel like I was their only customer. Hunter is the type of car dealer I hope to have for a long time. He listened to all my wants and got the ball rolling for us very quickly. But kore importantly even a year later he still answers my calls and text. He goes out of his way a lot and it is not unnoticed.
Recently purchased a used car from this place and it was a very good and easy process. I typically dont buy from dealers but they had the exact car i was looking for. Brendan was my salesman and did a great job. I did have a issue with the car the next day as the starter went out. They no only payed for the tow bill, but they also covered the entire cost of replacing the starter that is not easy to replace.
